With over 20 years of experience, Melissa’s data-centric mind and sharp analytical skills have guided her and her business partners to success in highly regulated, emerging markets. Her journey began in the fintech space with PayPal and Google back when these companies were just beginning to revolutionize the digital landscape as we know it today. Later in her career, Melissa entered into the logistics space, overseeing high-value and high-risk freight at AFN.
Currently, Melissa is masterfully applying her skillset and experience to provide cannabis ancillary companies and studio ventures with strategic planning and implementation solutions.

She has ten years of experience in customer service and account management, providing financial and risk management support to companies ranging from local restaurants and flower shops to international, multi-billion dollar corporations.
Lily’s educational background includes a degree in Business Administration with emphasis in Finance and Risk Management & Insurance and a minor in Mathematics. Though she delved into the corporate world directly after school, she realized that lifestyle was not for her. Lily has found balance as a financial consultant, mixing work with travel, and is currently a resident of Portugal.

Julia has always had an interest in understanding how things work. She loves a challenge and gets energized by generating creative ideas to overcome any obstacles. Julia has held a wide variety of roles, but problem-solving and customer service have been at the heart of all of them. Julia is currently a sophomore at the University of Wisconsin-Madison pursuing an Economics degree. When she’s not studying, you can find Julia keeping active with many intramural sports, collaborating with her peers in various organizations on campus, or spending time with friends. Her favorite things to do in Madison are cheering on the many winning sports teams and enjoying the campus’s beautiful green space.
